Diversity & Inclusion Journal India, the first and the only Indian journal to focus exclusively on Diversity & Inclusion (D & I) is a research platform for social scientists, researchers and practitioners to share their cutting edge research on D & I. It will serve as the academia – corporate interface platform for concerted research on the subject. With a vision of becoming the preferred destination in organized research in the D&I space in India, DIJI will help garner the attention of national and international communities on the untapped diversity potential of the Indian workforce. Our mission is to create a community of researchers who will deliver social impact and through their assimilated research findings, sustain the support for and belief in the need for a Diverse and Inclusive workforce.
DIJI will feature research articles on various strands of D & I such as cultural, socio-economic, gender, generational, PwD (People with Disabilities), Sexual orientation, work-time etc. Apart from original research papers, the journal will also host case studies on D & I best practices, interviews of experts in the field and reviews of relevant books. The DIJI Portal will also host state of the art, original short articles on D & I on its Featured Articles Section. These would be interesting and relevant short articles / blog / vignettes on Diversity & Inclusion. You are invited to contribute cutting edge research articles to the journal as also short and brief communications to the Featured Articles Section.
