We invite you to make submissions based on your functional research on all aspects of Diversity and inclusion (inclusive of but not limited to) of gender / generation / culture / socio-economic profile / physical capabilities / sexual orientation etc. Your submissions may take the form of original papers, review papers, discussion of analytical and simulation models, case studies or technical notes. You may also contribute to the featured articles section on DIJI Portal if you prefer to write short/brief articles. Please refer to the Author Guidelines for more details.

You can submit via the online submission portal on www.diversityinclusionjournal.org or e-mail your paper to submit@diversityinclusionjournal.org. (While online submissions are encouraged, articles that conform to high standards of publication may be mailed via post to the DIJI office in case of absolute absence of e-access)
